Tracy uses an emotionally supportive, trauma informed, CBT based, solution focus model, along with faith perspective if desired.

Tracy is a Registered Professional Counsellor with over 15 years experience and has contracts providing telephone counseling from coast to coast in Canada each week. Tracy comes with a Master level training in counselling, leadership development, family systems and youth studies, and undergraduate studies in psychology, sociology and education.

Tracy has journeyed through adoption and developed a trauma based lens in parenting, recovered from back surgery and getting off addictive medication, and is spurred on to help others through depression and suicide after her own suicidal teen years and struggle with Post Partum Depression and would be happy to help you find your next step towards healing.
