I bring a unique skillset to the therapy process - I am educated in personal training and basic nutrition spending many years engrossed in the gym 'diet-culture. I believe that all bodies should move for enjoyment, as a positive coping strategy, and for overall health.
I specialize in treating the vast spectrum of disordered eating and eating disorders - focusing first and foremost on improving your relationship with food. I also help with anxiety & depression; self-esteem & body positivity/neutrality; and interpersonal relationships/boundary setting.
