Hi my name is Tracey and I am passionate about helping people using an integrative approach. I focus the unique needs of my clients and empower young individuals to navigate positive outcomes. I use a non-judgmental approach and I present in a kind, supportive and fun atmosphere. I help navigate challenges like peer issues, anxiety, self-esteem, family difficulties, school pressures, divorce and relationship issues. I also provide Parenting Support. This focuses on supporting parents with the many challenges faced when parenting children and teens. My clients range from ages 3-up. I also work with adult women. Consults are free!
I can help your others by bringing compassion, expertise and a deep commitment to supporting their emotional well-being. Through counselling I can provide insightful guidance by fostering a safe space to explore, grow and heal. I am skilled in trauma and abuse issues.
With over 27 years of working in the mental health field, I understand the complexities of growing up in today's world. I will skillfully guide my clients through developmental transitions, helping build resilience, coping skills and self- awareness for long term emotional health.
