Feeling overwhelmed or pulled in so many different directions? Maybe, you feel unsettled, anxious or just “stuck.” You know that something needs to change, but are not sure where to start. Processing emotional pain or relational struggles by yourself can be very overwhelming. And it can be unbearably lonely. The people I work with are amid grief, or navigating tricky life changes. Others are struggling with relationships or carrying the weight of past hurt and trauma. I work to help clients feel what they may have avoided because it seemed too big and overwhelming.
Humans have an instinctive drive towards healing and wholeness. Our experiential work aims to help you find freedom from old patterns, express complex emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and create a meaningful life, despite facing life's inevitable challenges.
