I use a relational, client-centered approach to counselling that integrates strategies from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with a focus on a strengths-based approach. I have worked extensively in supporting children and their families through the course of my 25 + year career as an educator and a school administrator and I continue to do so in my counselling practice. Supporting clients dealing with life changes; illness, divorce and loss of a loved one are also areas of strength and experience. I am happy to work with clients virtually or in person.
