Hi! I'm Tori - I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, family therapy, and nervous system regulation using EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy. With 7 years of experience, I offer compassionate therapy drawing from training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Complex Trauma Play Therapy for children.
