People are my passion. I am honoured to work with you on your journey to find healing, resolution, and strength in those places we get stuck sometimes. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families with past trauma (abuse, PTSD), relationship issues (couples, parenting), mental health (stress, anxiety, panic, etc), and life transitions (men's issues, work, etc). I specialize in tailoring counselling to meet you where you're at.
I regularly use Humanistic, Solution-focused, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Expressive, Somatic, attachment-based and trauma-informed interventions. Observed and Experiential Integration (OEI) and the Satir Transformational model are a large part of my work as well, helping with trauma and relationships.
