I currently have a waitlist for new clients. However, other therapists in my clinic, MindScape Psychology, are accepting a full range of clientele. It is my honour to walk alongside people who have suffered psychological injuries in work, or life. Together we work to seek relief from the ripple effects of trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction and to build the future they want for themselves.

I use an empathetic, attachment based approach. This means that I show up as myself, and work with you to discern what approach works best for you to experience the growth, healing and change that you want. In addition to a Masters in Counselling, I have specialized training in attachment-based EMDR, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I strive to be a real person in session who is relatable, ethical, and focused on my clients. I am here to help people realize the impacts of trauma on their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours, and to help each person grow past the pain into their own definition of wholeness.

For traumatic work injuries, I normally work with you for 10-15 sessions which can include cognitive behavioural therapy and a functional behavioural analysis. This means we look at all the actions, thoughts, feelings and beliefs you currently have and identify which ones are problematic. We discern the function or purpose of each, then work together to help you meet your needs differently.
