I enjoy having genuine and direct conversations with clients but I realize that someone needs to feel understood before they are ready to listen to what I would tell them.
My name is TJ. I'm called 'the Listening Therapist'. We live in a world where many people feel they don't have someone to listen to them. We often get caught up in the noise of the world and in our stuck thoughts and in the stresses of our lives. Sometimes the solutions we need can be found if someone knows how to listen to us in the right way.
I'm here to listen. I'm here to ask questions and guide you in your therapeutic journey of mental wellness.
