Oftentimes, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness can emerge in our lives and make us feel stuck. In addition, experiences with trauma can make us feel like we are not deserving of support. I strive to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can collaboratively and compassionately work through your challenges. I also have an abundance of experience in the realm of sexuality and education including: self-confidence, navigating relationships, arousal, kink, exploring sexuality, sexual orientation, gender identity and sexual health.
