Tiffany works with children and adults, on a wide range of issues, including: emotion regulation; Intimate Partner Violence (IPV); sexual violence; grief and loss; anxiety; life transitions such as separation and divorce; adjustment to parenthood. Working with children aged 4+, Tiffany draws from Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT). With an extensive background in forensic interviewing, Tiffany has also recently completed training and is certified in the assessment and treatment of youth who use or who are at risk of using sexually harmful behaviours.
Tiffany has training in and experience utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Tiffany works with clients of all ages on emotion regulation and emphasizes a connection, attachment-based approach in parenting work.
