With over six years of clinical experience, I specialize in children, youth, adults, couples, anxiety, depression, addictions and concurrent disorders. I practice with a strength-based approach that is culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. In addition, I specialize in CBT, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), DBT and EMT.
