Navigating challenging aspects of life on your own is not easy. I provide compassionate and strengths-based support for children, teens, and adults. No matter how big or small the concern, I understand that clients want to feel heard and understood. The clients I support experience feelings of overwhelm and helplessness, while trying to cope with pressures and expectations life throws their way.
My goal and responsibility is to provide care and to deeply understand my clients. I provide space for my clients to feel understood. I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach as well as pull from a variety of approach when required. My goal is not to eliminate challenges you may be faced with, but rather guide you to cope with them overtime.
