Couples Relationship Repair
A four-week therapy group focused on deepening connection Sessions will be held on Monday evenings in October/Novemeber 2023. The program is free. Learn relationship dynamics, skills for communication and tools for de-escalation and connection to deepen your relationship. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Group for OCD Skills
“Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Group for OCD Skills Training” offers participants practical tools and strategies for coping and managing OCD. This 10-session (2 hours per week) program presents an opportunity for participants to discuss OCD-related topics, establish weekly personal recovery goals, opportunities to practice exposure response prevention, and to connect with others who understand what it’s like to live with OCD in a supportive and non-judgmental virtual environment. This program is intended for ages 18-65 and is facilitated by an experienced Psychological Associate.
