Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space in which we can allow your authentic self to shine. I invite the surfacing of distress or emotional reactions in the present-moment, trusting that you are in a safe space to heal. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I work closely with Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBSM, MSC, MiCBT). I also utilize tools grounded in CBT, IFS, and ACT. My therapeutic approach is integrative, flexible, and personal to best suit your needs. I am also a clinical supervisor and accepting new graduates and students for supervision during their qualifying year.
As a holistic psychotherapist, I work with you to heal your mind, body, and soul. This healing will in turn strengthen your relationship with yourself and with those around you. I work closely with individuals suffering from anxiety, trauma (PTSD, cPTSD), burnout, stress management, and identity exploration including gender and sexual identity (2SLGBTQ+).
