I work with individuals and families experiencing a broad range of concerns and have expertise supporting youth transitioning to adulthood, individuals working through anxiety, building authentic self-esteem, adults forming satisfying relationships, positive parenting and productively navigating family conflict.
I use an integrative approach informed by solution and strengths-focused, recovery, trauma-informed, mindfulness models and empowerment and systems theories. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally and racially sensitive, and family-centred. Together we can chart your path forward.
