At Clear View Therapy, I use evidence based therapeutic modalities to assess and treat the issues you are experiencing. While I always tailor my approach to each person's individual needs, it is always my goal to provide therapy in the most efficient way possible so that you can start to feel better and live your life the way you want to.
For the last 17 years, I have had the opportunity and privilege of providing therapy to individuals in the healthcare system who experienced a wide variety of issues. I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach with a combination of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, BSFT, EFT, DBT, and Mindfulness. I have also completed level 3 Gottman for couples.
I see therapy as a deeply collaborative process grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and non-judgmental listening.
