I have a knack for appreciating even the most misunderstood aspects of clients I sit with. Using an attachment lens and somatic-based practice that is trauma informed, my intention is to assist you in realizing your therapeutic goals from a place of de-stigmatization and compassion.
Therapy is not about fixing what is broken. You aren't broken- you've only ever done the best you could with the resources you had. Rather, therapy can be a journey of coming to know yourself on a deeper level. You deserve to be heard and seen, as well as to better know your strengths and the wisdom that has been in you all along.
