Hello, and welcome! Over the last few years, I have dedicated myself to guiding children, families, and adults through traumatic and challenging experiences. I believe that life has a way of making us feel lost. We lose touch with our inner compass, making it difficult to navigate relationships or to tap into joy. You shouldn't have to take this on alone though, which is why it is my goal to come alongside you so we can wade the complexity of life together. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a relational approach, incorporating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR. You can expect a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where I will honor your journey and offer compassionate support. Maybe we will even share some laughs along the way.
