My goal is to work with you to achieve goals, resolve challenges, and live healthier lives.
I take a client-centred and trauma-informed approach in session. To support my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. In our work together, we would collaboratively create a treatment plan that suits you and your therapeutic journey.
With experience working in addictions, post-secondary student wellness, and social service settings, I am excited to offer virtual and in-person counselling for the adolescent and adult population.
