I work with individuals and couples 18 years of age and older. I specialize in supporting individuals who are struggling with substance use, addiction, self-harm and self-esteem. I also specialize in supporting couples of all forms (monogamous, poly, open).
I am trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2). I support couples of all forms (monogamous/poly/open) who are looking to reduce unhealthy conflict, and promote connection in their relationships. I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing on a variety of treatment modalities to support individuals on their journey towards healing.
I work collaboratively with my clients to create a therapeutic relationship where the client is positioned as the expert on their own life. This stance informs my person-centred, culturally responsive approach. I hope to offer my clients a space that is free from judgement, where they can show up as their most authentic self.
