I specialize in therapy helping to navigate complex relationships, addressing trauma and helping those feeling stuck in life. I provide couples counselling in addition to individual therapy. I hope to help you heal and find pathways toward feeling better so you may thrive. As a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner, I am able to assist those with countless struggles in looking to the root of their distress. A few issues clients come to me with: ADHD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling stuck in life, trauma, family of origin issues and relational and communication issues.
