Hello! How may I support you? Deciding to find a therapist is such an important step! Perhaps you want help with a specific issue or concern, from past or present. I will meet you with compassion and where you are at in this moment. I see clients for a diverse array of issues, and/or a desire for personal growth. My clients tend to be ready for change, ready to explore new possibilities and want someone to help them get "unstuck" from old patterns, beliefs, and ideas that aren't working anymore. I work from and embodied relational approach and will hold space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings around a variety of therapeutic concerns. I also have experience with sexuality & sex education, incl but not limited to: relationships, desire, arousal & orgasm, sexual orientation and/or gender identity, kink, pelvic pain, sexual health. LGBTQIA+.
I take an open and inclusive approach to my practice. I believe that compassion, support and challenge are central to therapy and growth.
