I want to honour you for contemplating this first step on your journey towards personal growth. My approach to counselling falls within the realm of humanistic-existentialism. This is a collaborative and individually tailored way of doing therapy that strives towards guiding you in increasing self-awareness while finding a direction and solutions that have meaning for you. I'm able to offer a variety of therapeutic interventions that are respectful of our mutual understanding of your goals, values and beliefs.
I’m a registered psychotherapist and I’m also an RN with over 23 years of experience. Half of my career has been spent working at the University of Michigan Medical Centre as a critical care nurse. The remainder of my work has involved a variety of roles including; pain management, geriatrics, case management, and psychiatry.
