As an integrative therapist, I draw from several therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs.
I value a trauma informed approach which I have developed over the course of my 13-year career working in a hospital (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) and more recently in a management role at a child and youth mental health setting. I'm also available to provide clinical supervision and very much enjoy supporting the work of fellow psychotherapists.
I strive to offer a supportive, open, transparent, safe, authentic environment that allows you to challenge yourself and your thinking to accomplish the goals you have set for yourself.
