Peace from grief or transition and the change it flings about in our lives and identities, peace from anxiety and events of the past, and peace in relationships. Once we have this, anything is possible and we are free to go after a life that has meaning and juice to it.
I am wildly curious, deeply empathetic, and I love to normalize all that we feel and experience. I offer Observed Experiential Integration for trauma and processing life events, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in a person-centred and feminist approach. I like to creatively weave together 15 years of healing tools in my sessions.
