I love working with adults as well as adolescents who want to figure out things like anxiety, depression, stress, relational skills and life transitions. I also love working with couples and families to enhance the quality of their relationships. I have dedicated the last eight years of my career helping families develop better communication and connection.
As a mother myself, I also love supporting and providing guidance on parenting and creative discipline strategies.
