My own journey through illness in my 20's woke me up to the value of our inner world. That a sense of peace and connection to ourselves can give us the strength to face challenging situations and loss. I learned that having a compassionate witness to see yourself through is very empowering and reassuring.

I come from a client centred approach and I understand the impact of trauma. With training in EMDR and EFT, I have both an attachment lens and a trauma informed lens. I have also trained in energy medicine and believe in an integrative approach for mental health.

Life can definitely be a bit like an emotional bootcamp, we need a place where we can rest, heal and sort things out. I love supporting diverse individuals and couples in this way.
