I work from a client centered approach in supporting my clients to pursue their own wellness. Therapy approaches are drawn from Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
