Using a client-centred approach, I help people facing various challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, grief/loss and trauma. Counselling can offer someone a safe space to explore various areas of their life in a non-judgemental and supported way. I have a Masters Degree In Counselling from Acadia University and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I am available for both in person or virtual counselling sessions.
Working through a trauma informed lens, I use an integrative and holistic approach to counselling. I draw on different strategies depending on your needs. I often use modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. Just as each person is unique, so are the therapeutic strategies that are used.
I offer in person and virtual counselling sessions through a secure on line platform, where I provide a safe and judgement free space where you will feel seen and understood. Counselling is a journey, and I am here to walk beside you.
