I can help you regulate your emotions and nervous system, improve your confidence and communication skills, set healthy boundaries to improve relationships. If you find yourself stuck on specific incidences or memories, EMDR therapy can help you process your thoughts and emotions and start to move forward.
I have a comfortable, private, counselling suite in my home in South Nanaimo. I am told that I put people at ease and allow them to talk openly about things they usually feel judged on.
