I play many roles in life, such as, a life partner, parent and career person. I know how important support can be for our well being. I provide a nonjudgmental, safe, respectable, and validating space for you to embark on your journey of self-discovery. This is something that is unique and sacred to each and every one of us and I am honoured to be part of it
My passion is to work with those that have experienced trauma. I believe that most have experienced it at some point in their lives.It's important to validate and normalize the fact that we are human and we need to feel safe and accepted to connect and thrive. Healing and growth can be painful and scary but it's necessary to find peace. I can help with that.
