With over 16 years of experience in couples and family therapy, I specialize in strengthening family relationships, empowering parents, and supporting couples using a collaborative approach. My passion lies in helping parents navigate challenges such as parent-child conflicts, child/adolescent violence, school avoidance, and working with blended families. I also focus my practice on relationship repair for couples, guiding them through complex challenges to restore their coupleness and rediscover connection. Additionally I provide clinical supervision for individuals looking to complete their provisional hours for CAP.
My training is grounded in family systems therapy, relational patterns, Narrative therapy, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) for individuals who have experienced trauma/adverse situations, fears and phobias as well as anxiety.
