I will offer them evidence-based strategies that are tailored to their individual needs, with a creative twist.
I work with children, teens, young adults, and their parents on issues such as social anxiety, separation anxiety, intense fears, OCD, depression, strong emotions, negative thinking, interpersonal relationships and ADHD. I am dedicated to supporting 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients in their journey towards self-discovery.
