I'm a therapist based in Vaughan and Maple, Ontario - with 20 years experience in individual, child, family and couple therapy. As a strong believer in inner peace and acceptance, I work extensively every day to help people overcome suffrage from mental illnesses and other personal struggles. The mind is our most powerful tool, and a healthy mind helps us achieve inner peace and balance that promotes a happy and successful life. Many people experience a mental illness or a life struggle that challenges them every day, and impacts not only their lives, but also the lives of their loved ones. My focus is to accommodate every patient and offer the attention they require to achieve optimal mental wellness at their pace, while achieving the greatest progress. I work closely with each patient to find a treatment model that empowers them, and follow an eclectic, adaptable multi-modality approach that embraces the uniqueness of each individual.
