I so look forward to meeting you! Whatever brought you here, in this moment -- hurt, grief, sadness, anxiety, or concern for a loved one -- I hope I can help. I work with ages 10-50 with a wide range of concerns. My focus is on providing a safe, open, and accepting therapeutic space, as well as working collaboratively with individuals to find an approach that caters specifically to their needs.

Every human is amazingly complex and unique, so for this reason I use an eclectic approach in my practice. This ensures that all individuals are receiving care that best fits their needs. Some of these approaches include: Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural, Self-Compassion and Trauma-Informed.

I strive to develop a positive therapeutic relationship with each client and create a positive therapeutic space to help you or your loved one heal, grow, and thrive. My passion has always been to help and connect with others, so I very much look forward to meeting you, and helping you on your journey!
