I work with people with: mental health issues/ mental illness, sex and intimacy struggles, lack of boundaries, trauma, grief and bereavement, low self-esteem and lack of self love, suicidal ideation, anger management, and more. I am happy to work with clients who are committed to the healing process; who show up consistently, who are willing to put in the work, are honest with both themselves and myself, and are open-minded to try alternative tools and techniques.
My approach is founded on respect and compassion. I pull from different schools of thought to create the most suitable treatment plan for the client. I understand how powerful the mind-body-soul connection is, and how important it is to nurture it, and support it consistently.
