I am a clinical social worker with 25 years of experience in helping people in developing the best version of themselves. I create a cozy safe place for people to explore who they are & assist them to move more towards the person they want to be. I help people to reconnect with their inherent inner wisdom & strength by actively listening nonjudgmentally.
I see people as unique diamonds & it being my job to support people to build more awareness into their inner workings. To have a better understanding of how our behaviors impact our thoughts, emotions and body sensations or vice versa. Through understanding, acceptance, compassion and curiosity we can start to explore who we are & move to who we want to be.
