I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Arts in Human Development/Interdisciplinary Health, a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honors) Specialization in Psychology, and a Diploma in Developmental Services. I developed a passion for children’s mental health early in my career and have since worked with children, youth, adults, couples, and families struggling with an array of presenting concerns.
I currently offer virtual and in person Counselling and Psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Practice in my clinical approach.
