Throughout my career, I have worked effectively with a wide range of people with various mental health concerns. A common theme I have observed is that many feel disconnected and lost, as if their lives have no purpose, meaning or direction. This has become the focus of much of my work with clients and is a particular area of interest for me. My emphasis is on moving forward. I support my clients in developing a vision for their own lives based on what they value most deeply. I encourage them to consider their past as a source of wisdom, their future as pure potential and this present moment as the path from where they are today, to the future they envision for themselves.
