I am a Registered Social Worker and have over 18 years of experience working with individuals with complex mental health/addiction issues. I provide professional and confidential counselling to address a number of issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, stress, life transitions, relationship issues.
I believe in treating the whole person and tailor treatment to meet each individual's personal needs and treatment goals. I work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed perspective and am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy
