Are you looking for therapy for yourself, your family, your child or teen? Would it be helpful to have someone to touch base with in a private, safe space? My experience includes supporting individuals who have experienced trauma(s), attachment difficulties, ODD, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, ABI/TBI, self-harm and difficulties with emotional regulation.
I am a registered social worker, secondary school teacher, and am in the process of completing a specialization in play therapy. I bring to my work an understanding of disability, neurodiversity, anxiety, ADHD, ODD and trauma that clients tell me is different from other experiences they have had. I also offer canine-assisted therapy (limited clients only).
I believe that we all thrive when we feel supported, valued and welcomed. I am not interested in 'fixing' anyone, as we all have things we do well, and things we'd rather change about ourselves. I am here to support you, your child or family, and can offer resources, strategies and a supportive environment to facilitate positive growth and change.
