I am a registered clinical psychologist working with children, adolescents, and their families. Using evidence based practices and a developmental framework, I work together with my clients to better understand and manage their unique challenges, especially those related to anxiety, depression, and adjustment to various life circumstances (including family, school, and peer related difficulties). My work also focuses on empowering parents to support their children effectively and to strengthen parent-child relationships.
I conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to examine learning styles and assess for attention and learning difficulties, as well as giftedness. I have been providing support to children, adolescents, and their families for over 20 years.
My experiences include working in public school systems, a community based mental health setting, and the Hospital for Sick Children. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
