My life experiences include working in outdoor education as well as teaching high school for over 15 years in various regions of Canada. I transitioned to a career in counselling after a Master's in Counselling at University of Ottawa in 2011.
I have experience with various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, emotionally-focused, person-centered and mindfulness. I provide individual therapy to adults who are seeking support with chronic illness, health issues, depression, anxiety, loss, grief, self-esteem, parenting,relationships, burn-out, change, work-life balance and stress.
