For over 25 years, I have worked with individuals and couples to resolve relationship difficulties, manage anxiety or depression, improve self-esteem, and process trauma. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (AAMFT/CACFT), and an ASTO Certified Sex Therapist (Association of Sex Therapy in Ontario). Sex therapy can help you create a context for the kind of sex that is worth wanting. I can help you work through sexual concerns, such as low desire, support after affairs, and pain during sex.
I welcome the opportunity to work with members of the 2SLGBT and QINA+ community, and can assist individuals with coming out, family issues, and exploring gender and/or sexual identities. I utilize a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), narrative, and solution-focused approaches.
