Without clear boundaries you might be falling into people-pleasing habits, stuck feeling rigid, uncreative, and alone in your responsibilities. You may have unexplainable physical sensations of constriction, pain or numbness that ramp up with stress. I use somatic techniques and creative arts therapies to help you access your innate playfulness and flexibility so you can relax into intimacy in your connections, to others and to your body.
We begin by exploring what’s brought you to this point in your life. Don’t know what to talk about? I guide your experience and offer opportunities to use creative and somatic techniques to support your self-expression. We co-create intentions and exercises to deepen the work in between sessions.
