I work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. I work through the lens of lived experience with trauma and my own challenges with mental health. I offer virtual appointments to adults and couples, in English and Spanish.
Together, we can build a version of you that welcomes self-compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, and healing.
