Together we can get to know the various parts of you that are struggling and find out what you need for self understanding, resilient coping, self compassion, curiosity, calm, access to your creativity and helping you move from survival to thriving.
I provide psychotherapy services through an online video office with Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary method. I also offer grief support and Guided Nature Therapy walks (Remote & In-Person). I offer a private, safe, non-judgmental, caring therapeutic relationship where you can find an ally in your journey towards wholeness and well being.
I know how lonely, frightening and overwhelming it can be to face a death, yours or someone you know; how hard it can be to figure out who you are authentically when people you care about don’t see you or accept you for who you are; how upsetting it can be when our relationships are struggling or when our beliefs and world views are shifting.
