I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health practitioner (specializing in trauma) and Gottman trained (level 2 for couple’s work) which allows me to resonate with modalities most crucial for processing experiences, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Internal Family systems.
While I draw on various therapeutic modalities, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the healing process. You can expect our sessions to be tailored to your unique experiences, ensuring that they are goal-driven while also fostering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for open discussion and emotional processing.
I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients through various private and non-profit organizations in Ontario and Alberta. This experience has enriched my understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals from different backgrounds, particularly in areas such as Anxiety and Depression, Trauma and PTSD.
