Art Therapy helps individuals of all age groups to express their thoughts and feelings.
I work by using Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
The focus of my sessions is to educate my clients on their mental wellness and create a path for them to reach their full potential. I monitor the client's progress to help them overcome their challenges through trust & empathy.
